Since 2009, I’ve built my career as an events professional at the intersection of a diverse array of event operations and real-time digital transformation, progressing from my initial transportation staff and program ambassador roles into travel director and leadership positions managing and supporting programs from 50 guest “white glove” VIP events to corporate meetings and incentive travel programs with hundreds to thousands of attendees to conventions & trade shows with as many as 100,000+ attendees – managing programs of all sizes digitally for both USA domestic and international programs.
In 2014, I was appointed Transportation Manager for a major pharmaceutical company, pre-planning and managing onsite all transportation logistics for 4,000+ guest national sales conferences and annual meetings while also supporting meetings, general sessions, keynotes, and expo operations during transportation slow times—giving me full-program visibility across every moving part of corporate events. In this role, I began replacing outdated paper-based processes with real-time, shared digital systems—eliminating static paper run-of-shows and manifests, enabling live updates across all team devices, and creating a collaborative & real time true single source of truth (SSOT) to maximize team performance & efficiency of various program segments. This approach dramatically improved accuracy & team alignment creating the highest level of guest and client satisfaction, and today it is the foundation of how I operate—and how I help teams modernize their execution.
My experience spans transportation management, incentive programs, expo hall floor management, general sessions & keynote planning and execution, workshops, meetings support & more, with a consistent focus on precision and control. I’ve led end-to-end transportation operations with real-time fleet visibility and rapid adjustments; centralized incentive program data across arrivals, activities, and events to deliver seamless, high-touch guest experiences; stepped into high-pressure expo leadership roles and built live management systems covering EAC operations, utilities tracking, sponsor coordination, and daily agendas; and supported meetings execution with systems that align teams on room sets, AV, agendas, and speaker coordination—ensuring flawless delivery without outdated data or miscommunication.
